Daniel Levi Sherman 
Daniel Levi was born on September 18th, 1847 in Butler, Wayne County, New York. Daniel Levi's father was Levi Orrin Sherman and his mother was Ann Eliza Palmer. His paternal grandparents were John Serman and Cynthia Cornell; his maternal grandparents were William Henry Palmer and Mary Hughson. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William P., James Munwarren, Benjamin, Milan, Mary Elizabeth, Cynthia and Nancy. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 75 on January 14th, 1923 in Hastings, Nebraska. He was buried in Parkview Cemetery.-
