Experience Sherman 
Experience was born on September 22nd, 1678 in Marshfield, Plymouth, Massachusetts.1 Experience's father was William Sherman and her mother was Desire Doty. Her paternal grandparents were William Sherman and Prudence Hill; her maternal grandparents were Edward Doty and Faith Clarke. She had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Ebenezer, Patience, Elizabeth and Hannah. She had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named John, Israel, Ichabod, Thomas and Desire. She died at the age of 65 on March 31st, 1744 in Duxbury, Massachusetts.1 General Notes

A codicil to the will of Alexander Standish dated July 5, 1702 mentions son Miles Standish and his wife.
The will of Miles Standish of Duxborough, husbandman, dated August 31, 1739, proved September 20, 1739, names wife Experience; son Miles; daughter Sarah Weston, wife of Abner Weston; daughter Patience Jenny, wife of Caleb Jenny; daughter Priscilla Standish; daughter Penelope Standish.
On July 7, 1740, Experience Standish of Duxborough widdow was appointed administratrix of the estate of penelope Standish, late of Duxborough, spinster. An account of November 3, 1740 mentions payments to Priscilla Standish and others.
