Cynthia Ann Newton 
Cynthia Ann was born on September 20th, 1862 in Screven Co., GA.1 Cynthia Ann's father was William Newton and her mother was Jemima Parker. Her maternal grandparents were James Parker and Elizabeth Sasser. She had four brothers and three sisters, named William, James Madison, Augustus R., George M., Mary Elizabeth, Jane A. and Martha M.. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 61 on August 17th, 1924.1 General Notes
