Rufus Otto Kilby 
Rufus Otto was born on June 3rd, 1911 in Rabun Co., GA.1 Rufus Otto's father was Rufus F. Kilby and his mother was Mary Lenrene Parker. His paternal grandparents were Henry A. Kilby and Margarette E. Woods; his maternal grandparents were Hugh Addison Parker and Mary Hawkins. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Arvil, Elbert Lee, Samuel Austin, Edmond, Lawrence Fred, Elbie V., Minnie P. and Vernie Mariller. He died at the age of 29 on May 7th, 1941. He was buried in Persimmon Bapt., Rabun Co., GA.1 1 General Notes
