Lydia Hobson 
Lydia was born on May 12th, 1768 in Orange, NC.1 Lydia's father was Charles Hobson and her mother was Sarah Beck. Her paternal grandparents were George Hobson and Hannah Kinnison; her maternal grandparents were Jeffrey Beck and Lydia Unknown. She had five brothers and eight sisters, named Isaac, Jesse, George, Charles, Joshua, Hannah, Susannah, Jane, Mary, Elizabeth, Phebe, Rebecca and Sarah. She was the third oldest of the fourteen children.1 General Notes
