Jane Hobson 
Jane was born on February 3rd, 1774 in Chatham, NC.1 Jane's father was Charles Hobson and her mother was Sarah Beck. Her paternal grandparents were George Hobson and Hannah Kinnison; her maternal grandparents were Jeffrey Beck and Lydia Unknown. She had five brothers and eight sisters, named Isaac, Jesse, George, Charles, Joshua, Hannah, Lydia, Susannah, Mary, Elizabeth, Phebe, Rebecca and Sarah. She was the seventh oldest of the fourteen children.1 General Notes
