Elizabeth Hobson 
Elizabeth was born on March 21st, 1779 in Chatham, NC.1 Elizabeth's father was Charles Hobson and her mother was Sarah Beck. Her paternal grandparents were George Hobson and Hannah Kinnison; her maternal grandparents were Jeffrey Beck and Lydia Unknown. She had five brothers and eight sisters, named Isaac, Jesse, George, Charles, Joshua, Hannah, Lydia, Susannah, Jane, Mary, Phebe, Rebecca and Sarah. She was the sixth youngest of the fourteen children.1 General Notes
