Elizabeth Griffin

Elizabeth was born on May 26th, 1755.¹ Elizabeth's father was Benoni Griffin and her mother was Mary DeLacy. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Griffin and Elizabeth Welton. She had seven brothers and five sisters, named Benoni, Peter, Joab, Abner, Phineas, Abraham, Levi, Hannah, Mary, Martha, Ninian and Matilda. She was the fifth oldest of the thirteen children. She had a half-sister named Martha.¹
