Abner Griffin

Abner was born on November 30th, 1760.¹ Abner's father was Benoni Griffin and his mother was Mary DeLacy. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Griffin and Elizabeth Welton. He had six brothers and six sisters, named Benoni, Peter, Joab, Phineas, Abraham, Levi, Hannah, Mary, Elizabeth, Martha, Ninian and Matilda. He was the sixth youngest of the thirteen children. He had a half-sister named Martha.¹
