Solomon P. Goar 
Solomon P. was born in 1846 in Drew, Arkansas.1 Solomon P.'s father was Solomon Goar and his mother was Susan Christian. His maternal grandparents were James Christian and Elizabeth M. Unknown. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Thomas A., James Christian, Richmond Bledso, George W., Francis Marion, Elizabeth and Mary Emeline. He was the youngest of the eight children. He had a half-brother named William Madison.1 -
