Sara (Sallie) Gilchrist 
Sara (Sallie) was born in 1842.1 Sara (Sallie)'s father was James Graham Gilchrist and her mother was Elizabeth Briggs. Her paternal grandparents were Angus Gilchrist and Elizabeth McNeill; her maternal grandfather was William Briggs. She had a brother and four sisters, named Angus, Elizabeth (Betty), Kate, Annie and Mary (Molly). She was the second oldest of the six children. She had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Abner, James, Thomas and Susan. She died at the age of 20 in 1862.1 -
