Joseph Boivin 
Joseph was born on May 2nd, 1826 in MARIEVILLE P.Q.CANADA.1 Joseph's father was Michel Boivin and his mother was Catherine Gareau Stonge. His paternal grandparents were Michel Boivin and Marie Catherine Goguet; his maternal grandparents were Jean* Baptiste Gareau and Margaret* Chalifour. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Jean Baptiste, Antoine, Michel, Francoise Xavier, Michel, Honoré*, Jean Marie and Marie Sophie. He was the second youngest of the nine children.1 -
