Jean Marie was born on April 4th, 1821 in MARIEVILLE P.Q.CANADA.1 Jean Marie's father was Michel Boivin and her mother was Catherine Gareau Stonge. Her paternal grandparents were Michel Boivin and Marie Catherine Goguet; her maternal grandparents were Jean* Baptiste Gareau and Margaret* Chalifour. She had seven brothers and a sister, named Jean Baptiste, Antoine, Michel, Francoise Xavier, Michel, Honoré*, Joseph and Marie Sophie. She was the fifth oldest of the nine children.1 -
