Grizzie Allison 
Grizzie was born in 1800.1 Grizzie's father was David Allison and his mother was Jane Gwinn. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Allison and Elizabeth Alecona Ray; his maternal grandparents were Moses Gwinn and Elizabeth Unknown. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Joseph Whiteside, Moses Gwinn, David Ray, James, Melissa Elizabeth, Jennie, Mary Gwinn, Catherine and Sarah. He was the fifth oldest of the ten children.1 -
