Susanna Rachel was born about 1788 in Augusta Co., VA. Susanna Rachel's father was Peter Troxell and her mother is Rachel Chambers. Her paternal grandparents were David Troxell and Anna Elizabeth Saeger. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Abraham, David, George, Daniel Zachariah, Robert, Sarah, Polly and Rachel. She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died on October 24th, 1858 in Effingham Co., IL.General Notes
