Philipp Zu Solms-Braunfels 
Philipp Zu was born on February 23rd, 1495. Philipp Zu's father was Bernard Zu Solms-Braunfels and his mother was Margareta Von Henneberg. His paternal grandparents were Otto II Zu Solms-Braunfels and Anna Von Nassau-Wiesbaden-Idstein; his maternal grandparents were Wilhelm III Von Henneberg and Margarete Guelph. He was an only child. He died at the age of 85 on February 11th, 1581.General Notes
