Johanna Van was born on January 10th, 1392. Johanna Van's father was Jan III Van Polanen and her mother was Odile Zu Salm. Her paternal grandfather was Jan II Van Polanen and her paternal grandmother is Oda De Hornes; her maternal grandparents were Johann III Zu Salm and Philippa Von Kleve. She was an only child.
