Simon I Zu Salm 
Simon I Zu was born about 1295. Simon I Zu's father was Johann II Zu Salm and his mother is Jeanne De Joinville. His paternal grandparents were Heinrich V Zu Salm and Lorette Von Bliescastel; his maternal grandparents were Geoffroi De+ Joinville and Maud De+ Lacy. He had three sisters named Loretta Zu, Mathilde Zu and Agnes Zu. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died on July 26th, 1346 in Courcy, France -- killed.General Notes
