Bernard Zu was born on August 1st, 1468. Bernard Zu's father was Otto II Zu Solms-Braunfels and his mother was Anna Von Nassau-Wiesbaden-Idstein. His paternal grandparents were Bernhard Zu Solms-Braunfels and Elizabeth Von Isenburg; his maternal grandparents were Johann Von Nassau-Wiesbaden-Idstein and Maria Von Nassau-Dillenburg. He had a sister named Elizabeth Zu. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 78 on March 3rd, 1547.General Notes
