Claude I De Lorraine 
Claude I De was born on October 20th, 1496 in Chateau de Conde-sur-Moselle. Claude I De's father was Rene II De Lorraine and his mother was Philippa D' Egmont. His paternal grandparents were Ferry II De Lorraine and Yolande D' Anjou; his maternal grandparents were Adolphe D' Egmont and Catherine De Bourbon. He had two brothers named Antoine II De and Jean De. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 53 on April 12th, 1550 in Chateau de Joinville.General Notes
