Philippa D' was born about 1465 in Brussels, Belgium. Philippa D''s father was Adolphe D' Egmont and her mother was Catherine De Bourbon. Her paternal grandparents were Arnold D'+ Egmont and Katarina Von+ Kleve; her maternal grandparents were Charles I De Bourbon and Agnes De Bourgogne. She was an only child.
