Margaret Hockett 
Margaret was born on September 29th, 1786 in Guilford, NC. Margaret's father was Joseph Hockett and her mother was Ann Thornburgh. Her paternal grandparents were William Hoggatt and Hannah Beals; her maternal grandparents are Joseph Thornburgh and Nancy Ann Armfield. She had two brothers and three sisters, named John, Nathan, Hannah, Jane and Elizabeth. She is the second oldest of the six children.General Notes
