Lucius Octavius Eastin 
Lucius Octavius was born on April 10th, 1878 in Stanislaus Co. CA. Lucius Octavius' father was Cassius Columbus Eastin and his mother is Emma Compton. His paternal grandparents were James Thomas Eastin and Theodotia South. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Cassius Jefferson, Clarence, Ernest Eugene, Marion Grover, Claude Compton, Walter J., Matilda Parthania and Emma Viola.
