James R. Eastin

James R. was born on February 8th, 1846 in Pike Co., MO. James R.'s father was Rufus Eastin and his mother was Nancy Irvine. His paternal grandparents were James Thomas Eastin and Theodotia South. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Cassius Brutus, Joseph Flavious, Rufus Hoy, Albro, Ernest, Norman, Nancy Fauntania, Theodosia, Laura, Elender and Parthenia. He is the oldest of the twelve children.
