Overton Carr 
Overton was born in 1752 in Louisa, VA. Overton's father was John Carr and his mother was Barbara Ann Overton. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Jr. Carr and Mary Dabney; his maternal grandparents were James Overton and Elizabeth Garland. He had four brothers and three sisters, named James, Dabney, John, Garland, Sarah, Elizabeth and Mary. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 52 in September 1804 in Prince George, MD.General Notes
