Baron William de Beauchamp III of Bedford 
William was born in 1160 in Bedfordshire, England. William's father was Lord William de Beauchamp of Elmley and his mother was Joane de Walene. His paternal grandfather is William de Beauchamp and his paternal grandmother was Maud de Braose; his maternal grandfather was Sir Knight Thomas de Walene. He had three brothers named Andrew, Walter and William. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 100 in 1260.-
