Simon de Montfort 
Simon was born about 1153 in Montfort Amaury, Ile de France, France.1 Simon's father was Simon III Baron De Montfort and his mother was Maud de Beaumont Countess of Evreux. His paternal grandparents were Amaury III De Montfort and Agnes De Garland; his maternal grandparents were Robert "The Just" De Beaumont Earl Of Leicester and Amice de Montfort Waiet. He had three brothers and a sister, named Amaury V de, Guy de, Simon IV De and Bertrade d'Evreux. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Guy and Guiburge.1 -
