Joseph Hadley

Joseph was born on October 5th, 1745 in New Castle Co.,Delaware.¹ Joseph's father was Joshua Hadley and his mother was Patience Brown. His paternal grandparents were Simon Hadley II and Ruth Keran Miller; his maternal grandparents were Jeremiah Browne and Mary Riall Royale. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Thomas, Jeremiah (Joshua), Joshua, Simon, Mary, Ruth, Deborah, Catharine, Lydia and Hannah. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Thomas, Ruth and Sarah. He died at the age of 48 in 1793 in Chatham County,Nc. He was buried in ,Chatham,North Carolina.¹
