Ruth Hadley 
Ruth was born in 1726 in New Castle County, Delaware.1 Ruth's father was Joshua Hadley and her mother was Mary Rowland. Her paternal grandparents were Simon Hadley II and Ruth Keran Miller. She had a brother and a sister, named Thomas and Sarah. She had five half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Thomas, Jeremiah (Joshua), Joshua, Joseph, Simon, Mary, Ruth, Deborah, Catharine, Lydia and Hannah. She died at the age of 86 on March 29th, 1812 in Chatham County, Nc. She was buried in 1812 in Cane Creek Cem, Snow Camp, Nc.1 1 General Notes
