Joseph Hadley 
Joseph was born on July 4th, 1784 in Chatham County, North Carolina.1 Joseph's father was Joseph Hadley and his mother was Mary Cashat. His paternal grandparents were Joshua Hadley and Patience Brown. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Isaac, Joshua, John, Jacob, Patience, Elizabeth, Mary, Catherine and Eleanor. He was the second youngest of the ten children.1 -
