Sarah Davis 
Sarah was born on April 14th, 1734 in Darby, Chester Co. Pa. Sarah's father was Charles Davies and her mother was Hannah Elizabeth Matson. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Davies and Mary North; her maternal grandparents were John Matson and Margaret. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, John, Elizabeth, Hannah, Mary, Thamar and Abigail. She was the second oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 78 on February 2nd, 1813 in Clinton Co, Iowa.-
