Penetta A. Salmon 
Penetta A. was born on March 8th, 1855 in Randolph, Pontotoc Co., Mississippi.1 Penetta A.'s father was John Anderson Salmon and her mother was Mary Ann Tutor. Her paternal grandparents are William Salmon and Nancy Smith; her maternal grandparents were John Henry Tutor and Martha Patsy Betts. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Silas A, James Andrew, John Henry, Catherine Loretta, Henrietta McClain, Nancy Sabetha and Aresta. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 76 on June 4th, 1931 in Randolph, Pontotoc Co., Mississippi. She was buried in Salmon Cemetery.1 1 General Notes
