Leroy F. Basham 
Leroy F. was born about 1846 in Tennessee.1 Leroy F.'s father was William F. Bassham and his mother was Dianah B. Hall. His paternal grandparents were William Basham and Sarah Unknown. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Isaac Newton, John W., William J., James C., Henry D., Martha E., America Josephine and Malinda. He was the oldest of the nine children.
