William F. Bassham 
William F. was born on February 18th, 1824 in Tennessee.1 William F.'s father was William Basham and his mother was Sarah Unknown. His paternal grandparents were Archibald Basham and Winna Jons. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Reuben, Johnson, Ezekial, John (Sequatchie), James, William, Dionas M. (Donald), Susan, Malinda, Rhoda and Martha Adeline. He was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 79 on August 4th, 1903 in Maury Co., Tennessee.1 General Notes
