Miles Johnson Allen 
Miles Johnson was born in 1857 in Texas.1 Miles Johnson's father was James William Allen and his mother was Penelope Johnston. His paternal grandparents were Miles Norton Allen and Mary Penelope Dodson; his maternal grandparents were John L. Johnson and Eliza McGee. He had four brothers and three sisters, named James, Samuel Norton, John Linder, Jack L., Winifred Margaret, Susan Penelope and Mary Eliza. He was the third oldest of the eight children.
