Will of Nathaniel Vice of Campbell Co., Kentucky.
In the name of God Amen. I Nathaniel Vice of Campbell County and s
ta te of Kentucky being of sound mind and memory do make ordain and consti
tu te this my last will and testament in maner(sic) and form followi
ng to wit .
First I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Jemmemah Vice all of my es
ta te both real and personal during her life or widowhaood without waist.
Second after my decease and my wife Jemmemah, the whole of my esta
te of ev ery demomination I wish to be equally divided between my ten chil
dren Joh n, Nathaniel, Anna Allen , Elizabeth, Elijah, Sarah, Nathani
el ( name list ed Twice) , Mary Uriah and George Vice.
Third and lastly I do nomenate my trusty7 friends Nathaniel Vice Jun
r, G eorge Vice and Coonrad Caster each of this County to be my execu
to rs is in thy or surety of this my last will and testament. In testimo
ny wh ere of I do hereby set my hnd and affix my seal this 20th day of Aug
ust 18 03 in the presence of Squire Grant. There was anther pater wrapp
er that st ate of Campbell september court 1802. This will was present
ed in court pro ved by the oath of Squire Grant a subscribing witness the
re to and order ed to be recorded and is recorded Will Book A folio 70.
Another paper had the follojwing written on it. The estate of Nathani
