Sarah was born in 1754 in Brunswick Co., Virginia.1 Sarah's father was William Thompson and her mother was Hannah Bell. Her maternal grandparents were JOHN Bell and HANNAH STOKES. She had three brothers and four sisters, named John, Balaam, William, Susannah, Mary Martha, Hannah and Elizabeth Ann. She was the third youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 54 in 1808 in Franklin Co., Georgia.1 -
