Matilda Meadows 
Matilda was born in 1838 in Virginia.1 Matilda's father was John Meadows and her mother was Mary Harness. Her paternal grandparents were James Meadows and Catherine Boswell. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Joel, John Hiram, William, Ambrose, Noah A., Susan, Elizabeth, Catherine, Mary and Lucinda F.. She is the second youngest of the eleven children.-
