Purmely Heard 
Purmely was born in 1810 in Georgia.1 Purmely's father was Hurd and her mother was Heard. Her paternal grandfather was STEPHEN Heard and her paternal grandmother is MARY Faulkner. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Stephen, Francis S., Hurd, Samuel S., Thomas W., No. 268, No. 270 and Nancy. She had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named John S., GEORGE, Polly F., No. 273, No. 267 and Lucea "Luck". She died at the age of 65 in 1875 in Spring, Morehouse Par., Louisiana.1 General Notes
