GEORGE Heard 
GEORGE was born in 1775 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia.1 GEORGE's father was Hurd and his mother is Smith. His paternal grandfather was STEPHEN Heard and his paternal grandmother is MARY Faulkner. He had a brother and four sisters, named John S., Polly F., No. 273, No. 267 and Lucea "Luck". He had five half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Stephen, Francis S., Hurd, Samuel S., Thomas W., No. 268, No. 270, Nancy and Purmely. He died at the age of 75 in 1850 in Pontotoc County, Mississippi.1 General Notes
