Sarah Anna was born in 1786 in Montgomery Co., Virginia.1 Sarah Anna's father was Isaac Hatfield and her mother was Mary French. Her maternal grandparents were MATTHEW H. French and SARAH Payne. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Lasher, James Addison, John, Andrew French, Isaac J., Elisha M., Mary, Elizabeth, Rebecca and Anna. She died at the age of 72 in 1858 in Ranger, Cabell Co, Virginia. She was buried in Smith Cemetery Cabell Co., Virginia.1 2 -
