Jeremiah Hart

Jeremiah was born in 1823 in Highland Co., Ohio.¹ Jeremiah's father was Joel Hart and his mother was Rebecca Thompson. His maternal grandparents were Balaam Thompson and Hannah McSwane. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named William, Andrew J, Jonathan, James, Jacob, Joel, John, Mary, Catherine, Elizabeth and Julia. He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children.¹
