Elizabeth Ferguson 
Elizabeth was born in 1811 in Ohio.1 Elizabeth's father was John Ferguson and her mother is Margaret Peggy Mckinney. Her paternal grandparents were SAMUEL Ferguson and MARY Jameson. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Samuel, John, Kelly, James, William, Polly, Cynthia and Ferguson. She was the second youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 72 in 1883.1 General Notes

Said to have worn black lace on weekdays and a white lace cap on
Sundays. She sat in the corner and knitted. She smoked a tiny pipe and
was the only one in the house allowed to smoke tobacco.
