Pierre was born before August 21st, 1744 in Pointe Coupee Post, Louisiana.1 Pierre's father was Jean Francois Decuir and his mother was Genevieve Mayeux. His paternal grandparents were ALBERT Decuir and Marie Catherine Dumaire; his maternal grandparents were PIERRE Mayeux and MARIE Francoise Cellier. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Francois, Joseph, Jean Paul, Jean Pierre, Antoine, Jean Baptiste Dorsin, Marguerite, Jeanne, Madeleine, Marie Anne and Genevieve. He died on December 27th, 1788 in Pointe Coupee Post, Louisiana.1 -
