Robert YANCEY 
Robert was born about 1764 in Albemarle Co., Va. Robert's father was Jeremiah YANCEY and his mother was Margaret MULLINS. His paternal grandparents were Robert YANCEY and Temperance DUMAS; his maternal grandparents were Mathew MULLINS and Mary MAUPIN. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Charles, Jechonias, Joel, Mary and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the six children. He died before March 1824 in Howard Co., Mo ?.General Notes
