Mary YANCEY 
Mary was born about 1770 in Albemarle Co., Va. Mary's father was Jeremiah YANCEY and her mother was Margaret MULLINS. Her paternal grandparents were Robert YANCEY and Temperance DUMAS; her maternal grandparents were Mathew MULLINS and Mary MAUPIN. She had four brothers and a sister, named Robert, Charles, Jechonias, Joel and Elizabeth. She was the third oldest of the six children. She died in October 1858 in Nelson Co., Va.General Notes
