Robert Clinton Thaxton

Robert Clinton was born on September 4th, 1893 in Bedford Co.,Virginia. Robert Clinton's father was John Anthony Thaxton and his mother was Mildred Frances Board. His paternal grandparents were William Henry Thaxton and Sophia Rucker. He had two brothers and three sisters, named John W. H., Francis, Maggie F., Cleo Cephronia "Fronie" and Lizzie Sophia. He was the second youngest of the six children.
