Tarleton Fleming Payne 
Tarleton Fleming was born in 1786. Tarleton Fleming's father was Tarleton Payne and his mother was Elizabeth Winston. His paternal grandfather was Josias Payne and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Fleming. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John Winston, William, William Overton, Thomas, Ann Overton, Alice Bickerton, Barbara W. and Elizabeth Fleming. He died at the age of 80 in 1866.General Notes

‌Tarleton Fleming and Susanna were married in a religious ceremony on December 19th, 1814 in alternate date per Broderbund CD #229, Goochland Co., VA. They had seven sons and two daughters, named Jacob Gilliam, William O., Thomas, John, James W., Henry Winston, Charles, Elizabeth T. and Mary Catherine.
