Thomas Payne 
Thomas' father was Tarleton Payne and his mother was Elizabeth Winston. His paternal grandfather was Josias Payne and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Fleming. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John Winston, Tarleton Fleming, William, William Overton, Ann Overton, Alice Bickerton, Barbara W. and Elizabeth Fleming. He died on November 26th, 1832.1 
‌Thomas were married in a religious ceremony on October 30th, 1828 in , Goochland, Virginia.
