William Overton Payne 
William Overton was born on May 31st, 1796. William Overton's father was Tarleton Payne and his mother was Elizabeth Winston. His paternal grandfather was Josias Payne and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Fleming. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John Winston, Tarleton Fleming, William, Thomas, Ann Overton, Alice Bickerton, Barbara W. and Elizabeth Fleming. He died at the age of 71 on January 18th, 1868 in , Goochland, Virginia.-
